Customer Capital Consulting’s Donor and Volunteer Engagement System (DoVE™) is designed for Donor/Donation management, Volunteer management, Client/Case management for non-profit organisation/social service agencies in Singapore. The solution was first released in 2003 and have undergone 3 version enhancements since.

DoVE™ is built on the Microsoft Power Platform and is a full SaaS solution. It is tightly integrated with the Microsoft 365 suite and supports some of the Microsoft Copilot capabilities.
